My path into this work didn’t begin with a title—it began in lived experience, in curiosity, and in a family system that was emotionally rich, passionate, and deeply human. I grew up attuned to intensity, to feeling, to the unspoken layers beneath behavior. That sensitivity shaped me early on and eventually became the doorway into this work.
For a long time, I did what many of us do—I understood things through insight, reflection, and mindset. I studied the human psyche academically, earning a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University and later a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. I was deeply committed to understanding people, healing, and change.
I’ve also always been a lifelong learner, continually deepening my study and practice—especially in trauma-informed somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, and energy-based modalities that support emotional and embodied healing.
But the real shift—the one that changed everything—was moving from understanding to embodiment.
I began to see that insight alone wasn’t enough. Real transformation wasn’t happening at the level of thought—it was happening in the body. In the nervous system. In the patterns of protection, contraction, and survival that live beneath language.
And alongside that, I came into a more grounded understanding that we are not only thoughts and stories—we are also energy, movement, and sensitivity. Whether we name it spirituality, life force, or something more subtle and felt, there is a living intelligence in us that responds to safety, presence, and connection. When we work with that layer—not bypassing the body, but including it—the process of healing and expansion becomes more natural, more integrated, and more real.
This is where my work deepened into a “body first” approach. Nervous system awareness, somatic practice, breath, energy awareness, and felt sense became central. Not as concepts, but as lived experience. As the place where real change actually becomes possible.
Through that shift, everything softened and clarified. What I now offer is grounded in professional training, embodied practice, and a deeply human understanding of change, woven together with intuition, compassion, honesty, and presence.
I support people in coming back into relationship with themselves in a way that feels safe enough for something real to shift—slowly, sustainably, and in a way the system can actually hold.
This work is not about fixing. It’s about reconnecting—to your body, your truth, your capacity, and the parts of you that have been waiting to feel safe enough to come forward.
